Sodexo Group In Manchester

I was asked to go and photograph the new Digital Hub, live, as it was being set up for a client presentation, and to capture the general hustle and bustle of the location. The Hub is a brand new digital link to all the other Sodexo sites, plus an incredible database of information relating to their business model. It also links to graphic design, and for that shoot….little old me! As a Branding Photographer Manchester, my role was to quietly document what was happening with very little staging. We did set a handful of shots up however, as the lighting was very low, and very directional from the huge LED screens on the main wall.

Sodexo was preparing for a large client presentation and pitch for new business. As I was shooting very quietly with my trusty Nikons, my brief as a Branding Photographer Manchester was to ‘shoot some funky shots’ that Sodexo could use for PR and social media. In the time I spent in the Hub, I managed to photograph the small, dedicated team, working away at the stations, linking up and sharing data. On cue though, the Regional CEO for UK & Ireland Sean walked in with a group of colleagues to see the Hub in action. Shooting silently, I worked stealthily as a Branding Photographer Manchester capturing the atmosphere and buzz as the gathered people were ‘wowed’ by the Digital Hub’s capabilities.

Environmental Portraits for Business

As a Branding Photographer Manchester, I get to photograph Environmental Portraits for Business for a range of clients. Simple, modern portraits of people at work, in their ‘natural’ environment. I was given to minutes to photograph Sean. I had to run (literally) down the corridor, grab a studio light and stand, and rush back into the Hub….looking professional and not sounding out of breath. As a Branding Photographer Manchester, I literally dialled in the settings on the studio light and my camera and started photographing Sean. Nailed it with thirty seconds to go….phew! Experience as a Branding Photographer Manchester certainly pays off at times when the pressure is on!
